i am cooking a pizza.its got tom sauce with boullion,garlic and herbs in,then chesse,mushroom,onion (red + white), pepperoni,3 colours of pepper

I generally like fairly simple pizzas, so I wouldn't use all of these at once but my favourites are:
Sundried or Mi-cuit tomatoes
Fresh mozzarella chunks
Roasted red peppers
Goat cheese
Chargrilled or roasted aubergines
Fresh Basil
Sliced Shallots
and of course, lots and lots of lovely garlic!
Served over a nice thin and crispy base with red sauce...mmm.

I like pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham, ground beef, and extra chesse. Also a little garlic salt.

raw sliced mushrooms, and onions, then cooked on the pizza. They stay crisp that way, as any other vegetable.
