Yes. That's why the death sentence should be abolished. Every week you hear of someone being let out because new technology proves they couldn't have committed the crime. If we put even one innocent man or woman to death, that's too many. I think life in prison serves two purposes, one, if a man is innocent he has time to prove it. New technology becomes available daily. Two, if they are guilty, I can't think of anything worse than having to live out your life in prison. By the way, I am a card carrying republican and conservative. Just didn't want anyone thing I was a bleeding heart liberal. LOL

Sure, of course, there are. For the answer to this question all you hafta do is look at all the innocent folks who have been released from prison due to the hard diligent work by Barry Scheck and the folks working on the Innocence Project.

Innocent people are released more frequently since DNA has developed better and samples are kept in evidence. There are probably many innocents in prison. I work at one and even I believe it.

Definitely there are. There are many innocent people in jail all over the world as well as people on death row. Many there are due to investigation or judicial error, many due to negligence, many due to their opinions or political stance.

I am sure there are just think how many people have been released in since DNA cam out. Think of how many are still thee and unable to pay to have there case looked at again

by the time any one gets to prison..even if that exact crime ..they did not do..they have done so much in their lives and not got caught ..they deserve to be there anyways..
so I say NO to your question
and today with all the science stuff and DNA..of course not...no innocent ones at all..

Of course there are only a fool would think otherwise.Our court system isn't perfect.Not all our police,prosecutors, and judges are honest.It has also been proved that most eyewitness are not reliable.
