Cellulite is caused by lack of circulation. The fat cells, even though you are not overweight, are not receiving blood. Massage and exercise will help eleate the bumps.

The bad news is that it won't dissapear. What you can to is combine good diet with exercise, drink enough water. They work the best together. Pinnapple extract can be helpfull. Creams only give a temporary result, so you may feel dissapointed about those. It could be worth trying if you have time and don't expect too much from cosmetic products.

The causes are complex , including genes, poor diet, lack of exercise.

Cellulite is actually genetic. There is little to nothing you can do about it.

You should exercise daily and watch your fat intake. By exercise I mean aerobic and weight training on alternating days.
