creatinine is a waste product of metabolism. Low can mean below average intake of protein (ie, vegan), or an above average intake of fluids, or an above average glomerular filtration rate.

None of this is bad.

Low creatinine level in blood indicates that you have good renal (kidney) functions because it only means that your kidneys are doing their jobs well in excreting or passing it out of your body through your urine leaving low or nothing at all to be detected in your blood. Normal value of creatinine level in blood should be 0 to 0.9. Definitely, low creatinine levels will not cause bloating.

Creatinine levels that are low are nothing to worry about. It means the kidneys ARE working.

Creatinine clearance being low means the kidneys are not working.
