it depends how he stares
if it's a romantic/shy stare, yes he might like you
if it's a stalker/hatred/disgusted stare, well, just get away from him
if it's the first type, next time when he do it again, just look at him and return his stare, and give him a light smile, that should do the trick, to show you do like him

all the girls ask the same goddamn question. "does he like me if he stares at me???" holy jesus. how the f*ck should WE know? maybe you just spilled bbq sauce on you. maybe you've got a really big zit on your face. so why don't you just go up and talk to him?? you're not going to get anywhere in life without taking the initiative. that's another thing, if he really likes you, why hasn't he talked to you yet? make the first move.

It depends on how well you know him. He cold think you're just super pretty! Try to get to know him if you don't, don't be obvious about it just start with your name. If he likes you he'll be open to talking and will want to know more about you. If you do know him talk to him more and hang out with him. See if he wants to go see a movie with a few of your friends and you or something. Or see if he'll walk you to class or home or something. If he likes you you'll know just give it time.
