I have a friend who has got served a Order of Protection over something as stupid as a letter which was Not life threating. She comes in his rooms he is in at collage and always breaks it. She does this all the time she has no reason to be in his classrooms. Or for that matter she goes to collage there when she doesn't have those classes that day. Its almost like she is following him around.(stalking). She is a control freek and me and my other buddys think she doing this to control him since he wont let her control her. This is after a break up over a month ago. And the letter was written out 3 weeks before she did this to him. To me she just lost it. She is a emotional Baggage girl drama queen that needs help. Feel free to respond

She can go to JAIL for breaking that order of protection.. she also has to stay away from him!!! Let your friend know that and make sure he has a phone close by to call the police if she does it again.. you don't want her to trap him in the order of protection by saying he came near her when it was she came near him...

Each state has laws to prevent stalking. Look into that. and also, Once a Order has been signed by a judge, then if it is violated, the one that has violated the order can be arrested, and no bond set until a hearing within 5-10 days, (depends on your state laws)there is a reason for the order to began with. I would suggest that your friend start writing down each time this occurs. then take the information to the local police before this emotional woman tears into more then his room. Don't ever take stalking lightly. Ever!!!!! As a woman, and a paralegal, I know that woman can be rude, and down right bad, and when emotions play a factor it can be worse then you think. It is no joke. take it serious. seek help. Good luck

IF SHE IS BREAKING THE ORDER OF PROTECTION THEN SHE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW. HE'LL HAVE TO PRESS CHARGES ON HER FOR HARASSMENT AND FOR BREAKING THE ORDER OF PROTECTION. HE MAY NEED TO CHANGE SCHOOLS AND/OR MOVE IF SHE CONTINUES TO CORRUPT HIS LIFE. HE HAS TO BE VERY CAREFUL AND NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH HER DIRECTLY. OR SHE CAN HAVE HIM PUT IN JAIL FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR SOME LESSOR CHARGE.

He should take her to court for breaking the order. She may be trying to set him up so he needs to be careful.
