I don't know, because my ex boyfriend broke up with me. Do you think he probably expected me to call him back, because I never did, and that same week he broke up with me he started crank calling me? What do you think he probably thyought because I didn't call him at all after he broke up with me, and do guys usually expect the girl they broke up with to call them back?

Yes!!!! But what ever you do do not call him back. It's driving him up the wall right now wondering why your not calling. It makes him think that your over him so he feels like maybe you never cared for him in the first place. Men hate rejection, so just have fun knowing that you have the upper hand in this.

Umm, well, it depends on the guy. If we dumped you cuz your annoying, then we would only expect you to call us because that's just the type of person you are. If it was because we found someone else, then no, just leave us the hell alone. Then again, some of us feel that you don't pay enough attention to us, and therefore brake up with you, just to see if our feelings were right. If they are, then yeah we would start crank calling you just so you can call us to ask if that was in fact us crank calling.

Should you call him then he won the battle. In future, you will at his mercy because he knew that you cannot live without him. I'll suggest that you move on with life and at the same time go for a better man. Please, never to turn back for this sort of relationship, start a fresh. Don't play waiting game with him, forget him since he dumped you. Maybe a better man is waiting out there.

A guy broke up with me (left me a stupid letter in my mailbox...lol) and then started harassing me about a month later. Calling several times a day. I just wouldn't pick up, but could see his number over and over again on caller ID. He never left messages. One time I picked up. I told him I had found someone else. He said something like "I just know we'll see each other again one day".

What a freak. I disconnected my phone and moved shortly after that. Fortunately, we have not seen each other again like he predicted.

In answer to your question, in my experience the guys did expect me to be pining away over them and when I wasn't it bugged them. With men it's all about their egos.

Guys always expect the girl to call and cry and beg them to come back so they could feel important but you did not call which that tells allot about you, that was great that you did not call. That's why he is acting childish.

He probably expected you to come back crawling to him. Dont fall for it, just keep ignoring him. Some guys do expect it and girls end up falling for it and then getting their heart broken again.

depend on which party is the fault. For me, if I'm at fault and felt to be with my gf again, I will call and ask about her. From there, will slowly go into it again...
