politely tell her how much it bothers you. Please do this out of earshot of any other employees as you dont want to embarras her. She might know that it is offernsive and already has a low self esteem about it. Ask her to seek help and finally avoid being downwind from her.

A lady goes to her doctor and explains that when she passes gas, there is no sound at all, but the smell could knock a buzzard off of a dung wagon.

The doctor starts checking her out when the woman says, "Doc, see what I mean, no sound, but that God-awful smell! What can I do?"

The doctor replies, "First, we have to get you a hearing aid."

She can carry odor remover spray with her (like Oust), or keep an Solid Air freshener open.

Or she can figure out why she has gas and eat or change her lifestyle to take care of the root of the problem.

I can't believe no one has said ANYTHING yet! No ewwws, gross, OMGs, nothing? Next time cover your nose and mouth after saying OMG! Make a general statement like. "Who ever has the gas problem stop being so rude! Do us all a favor and take a walk next time! They do make medication for that nowadays"or "How disgusting is THAT?"
I wouldn't continue to ignore it, though, because she obviously thinks no one's the wiser. GOOD LUCK!

Buy yourself a small can/tube of spray. The smallest ones I've seen are in the auto department in walmart by those ugly freshners you hang in your rearview mirror. Everytime you walk by her, spray it. They're silent and small enough to hide.
