No. They should do their time. We need to get our border under control before we deport them. They would come back. We need to continue deporting other illegals daily. Remove their incentives to come here.

And what are the majority of those charges that put them there. That is my question. Until you secure the border why would u let them out so they can come back across within just a couple of days of being deported and be free and not have to answer for any criminal charges. LINK WAS NO GOOD.

After they finish their prison term all illegal aliens are deported.For the ones that are deported to countries in North and South America,they just walk over the line and come back.
Until we start enforcing and strengthen our laws and borders it would be a wasted effort.

Absolutely...why should we have to pay through our tax dollars to keep illegals in our prisons?!?! Every paycheck we get, part of that goes to keeping the illegals in the prisons...if we send em back, then that money can be used for something that is actually important!

I think it would be a good start. You would kill two birds with one stone, you would be clearing the US of illegal immigrants of all races(right? you didnt just mean mexican?) and lower the criminal population.

I believe that we should bill the foreign governments for the costs of incarceration of their citizens -- and the cost of their crimes.

No, they need to do their time for the crimes they have committed, then deportation.
As for the illegals, they are being rounded up daily
