Hi, I'm going to be working tonight from 7:30pm to 2am and will not be able to eat during. I'm trying to eat a lot before work so I dont get hungry. What can I eat that wont be fattening but it will fill me up?

Maybe you could eat some healthy foods likes friuts veggies meat.... just dont eat any junk food because that is whats fattening

Oatmeal, very thick and it should have dried cranberry fruit, slivers of nuts and granola within, or over it all., or just plain oatmeal

organic scrambled eggs with veggies such as spinach/greens, carrots, and other dense veggies. Add some toast there and you're set!

celery...it burns calories to eat it and has no calories in itself.
