Definitely not.

Do NOT get vaccinated.

A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into the bloodstream.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at
http://www.vaclib.org/exemption.htm
You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child.

Why are you wondering? The flu shot is in my medical opinion optional in health young adults. The shot is very important in populations like the elder where influzena has a high mortality rate. The shot may not protect you from the FLU because it is made months before by guessing what subtype the flu will be this season. If you get the shot and you come in contact with that subtype you're protected but if you do not get the shot and you get the FLU you need to be prepared for lossing a week of work and feeling like death.... It is a calculated risk for you to take...

That depends.
If you have a compromised immune system then the answer is no, you should not. For example, it you have a cold of ANY kind, don't get the flu shot. If you have a fever of any kind, don't get the flu shot. If you have HIV or anything else that compromises your immune system then you shouldn't get the flu shot. If you do get the flu shot with any illness, you will get deathly ill.
Other than that, if you are a healthy individual then that is up to you. Just be warned, you may get really sick.

many times there is a shortage of flu shots in certain areas. i always get one though because i am what they call they "at risk group" people in this group include people with certain illnesses or the elderly. i have type 1 diabetes so i don't heal well, and lots of my organs are messed up anyhow. i only got sick one time after getting a flu shot and it was very mild. you'll have to do you own research though, and it depends on your insurance and if you are generally a healthy person i guess.

also, something people rarely seem to know. if you rotate your arm in wide circles after an immmunization your arm will not be sore afterwards (that was always the only problem i had afterwards)

They recommend that elderly people and children should defiantly get one. I am 54 and i never do but my husband who is 56 always gets a flu shot and a pneumonia shot because he had polio when he was 2 and it affected his lungs.
