I have tried original and ephedra free Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok with a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it and consult a doctor.

If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ma Huang and it also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.

I've been taking it for a couple months now, and the Hoodia keeps me from snacking and gets rid of the sweet cravings, while the Ephedra gives me a good energy boost through the whole day.

It's made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they've improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and 14 herbs. It's also an extended release formula, so you won't get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife.

I haven't heard too many good results with that. I have people that are losing weight and gaining energy with Stack Body Tune Up and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink. I have lost 35 pounds since July 15, 2006 with these.

If i can be of further assistance, let me know.

It gives you lots of energy-sometimes too much energy and doesn't really help with weight loss. Just stick with the eating healthy and working out and skip all that other unnatural junk!

No diet pill will really help you with weight lost. The truth is it gives you energy to do more cardio and sometimes it helps control appetite.

Please, for God's sake, DO NOT use this drug!! It is basically an amphetamine (speed), and will harm you in the long term. It will not help you lose weight. The only way to lose weight permanently is to eat sensibly and exercise. Don't fall into the "pill" trap, it's a scam.

I tried it while I was anorexic and not only did it not work, I had a heart attack and was hospitalized and I was only 23 at the time. True story. Stay away from it. In the very least, it's innefective. In the very worst, it can cause serious problems.
