If you aren't married sexual activity is wrong. If it is not between a male and a female it is wrong (not saying I hate homosexual individuals by any means). When a man and woman are married God will let you know, Hope this helps! :)
I at this point in my life (not married) can't possibly tell you that it's ok to do that married or not but God is the one who's council you need to seek :)
And for the record when Lot offered his 2 daughters it was to protect the angels that came to his home and the people were banging on his door to let them have sex with the two men (the two angels). He offered his 2 daughters to save the angels but God stepped in and gave the angels the power to blind the men outside.
Lot was outside telling them he could have his daughters when
Genesis 19:10 But the men inside reached out and pulled Lot back into the house and shut the door. 11 Then they struck the men who were at the door of the house, young and old, with blindness so that they could not find the door.
Also his 2 daughters got pregnant he was completely out of it and his daughters took advantage of that, this was not something God thought was a good idea.
as the Scripture says in Genesis 19:32 Let's get our father to drink wine and then lie with him and preserve our family line through our father."
Just to show you my point of view and what the bible says about these two events.

The Bible seems to intimate that sex is designed for procreation between husband and wife, santified by their own vows taken before God, in private or public. Anything else is not considered that Godly or cool.

Don't worry about it. If it was ok for Lot to offer his daughters up to be gang raped (Genesis 19:8) and then have sex with both of them himself and get them pregnant (Genesis 19:30-36), then oral sex is small fry by comparison.

what you know in your heart is right and fail to do it that is sin. did a God give you a conscience? for you to ask this question means that it is stirring up in your heart. It is a sin to do anything intimate with a man or women outside of marriage .. the marriage bed is holy... the unmarried bed is not..
i know its hard.. God is so full of mercy and forgiveness though.. ask him for strngth

Don't know if there is. I know that my wife who is real religious said that when we were married that what ever the two us did it was okay with God.
