I care about this girl so much. Her & her guy are gonna split up & I want to know how I can help her. He has made her feel very ugly & unattractive even though she is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She has told me I make her feel beautiful. Shes very attractive but he just wants her to feel ugly & hurt. I tell her its just his opinion & he's a creep. I let her know shes beautiful, but its hard for her to take my compliments when she has been so beat down by him. He's a real control freak & this is his way of controling her. I personally want to kick his teeth in but she wouldn't like that so I won't. Since theyre gonna break up he just wants her to feel as bad as possible right? We care about eachother very much & I want to be by her side to help her. I know she'd do the same for me. How can I make her feel good again? Shes so beautiful. Damn that guy's a creep!

I hate guys that do that to women. I'll tell ya straight up man, be by her side like you said. Show her ya care. Show her she's beautiful. Don't have her "feel" beautiful, let her realize she "IS" beautiful. Same thing ahppened with me and my current girlfriend. Her ex was a real piece o' work. It's just gonna take some time bro. Sounds like you two have something special going on. Life's too short to be gettin' hurt by jerks like that. Get him out of the picture & show her what life is all about. Good luck.

aw! You are a good friend! I would encourage her to get some counseling! Supporting her healing at this point is the best thing a friend can do.

You won't be able to really convince her she is beautiful until her self esteem has come back up through healing and counseling... or just time :)

But it does help...

sounds like you are a great friend!

When I read your story i brought back memories I went thru that myself but with a good friend like you she can slowly get over it its the little things that make her feel special example taking her to the park and cheering her up. It took me two years to see what he was doing to me made him happy so have lots of patience good luck...

Take her out for sights under the moonlinght every now and then. Let her know that there are many things in this world that are beautiful, that she's one of them, and that I'm single.

the best thing that you can do for her is to just be there for her. sometimes it is nice and feels good to just have someone there with you, you don't have to necessarily say anything and keep a conversation going, just being there and having her know that should be comfort enough to get her though this horrible time!

Aww! That's so sweet. Don't tell her, show her. Take her out, make the day about her. Pretend she is the only one in the room when you two are together.Sometimes actions speak louder than words.

right now, the best thing you could do is keep doing what your already doing, which is being there for her, listening to her and comforting her in her time of need, when she finally does dump that loser, she should start to feel better about herself

just be there for her. but try not to take advantage of the situation, since she's in a needy stage, right now. be there for her. moral support. it would mean a lot.
