It's just the two of us. It's a second marriage for both of us. Even though it's just us, and he's being a steriotipical man, he doesn't care where, I'd like it to be beautiful secnic place. We're from Michigan and I have no idea where a beautiful background in Georgia is. Any ideas, anyone?

Savannah! It is a beautiful historic city with plenty of choices. The river is beautiful, there are also historic houses and beautiful squares. There are so many places I wouldn't even know where to start naming them.....oh and there is the beach also! You could even rent a horse and buggy for a romantic night....I could go on forever!!!...here's some links......

Try Christ Church on Saint Simons Island, or Epworth by the Sea also on Saint Simons. (Epworth has a website and in not real espensive)

Also you might look at Faith Chapel on Jekell Island and if
you want to spend some bucks, look at the Cloister on Sea Island. (Sea Island also has a website and is one of the most beautiful and classy places on earth.)

Savannah is beautiful in the spring, with tons of parks in the historical district you'd have lots of options.

Savannah!

Very beautiful with lots of history and scenery. There are also several islands not far away that are simply beautiful. (Tybee, Jekyll, St. Simons, etc.)
