if it is a regular habit.....then hell no
if it was just a one off .......then dont diss her for one mistake, however do talk to her about it
whatever the case, communication with her is the key, taking ideas is good, but no one on the internet knows the chemistry involved between the two of you. Talk to her and make her realise what she did was wrong and it must not occur again otherwise the consequences will be against her.

Dang she is embarrassed as heck and if you dump her it will probably be like putting salt on a wound but that's up to you if you keep her someone will always bring it up and if you can't deal with that then it's time to go.
