I would like to have a bigger rounder toned butt but i dont want to have a large stomach... i would like to have a small waist, big hips and a butt!

squats and your best bet would be a stair stepper (you will hard nice legs and thighs, and a nice round firm booty)

It is impossible to 'spot reduce', that is only work on one part of the body. If you do that you will be out of proportion. You could try to do the following exercises to tone up your butt, always keep your stomach pulled in & that will help to make it seem flatter.

just work on your waist. sit-ups, crunches...
