I am exploring Polk Audio RM40 system, KEF KHT 5005 5.1 HTB and Cambridge Soundworks Entertainer Theater Systems.
I do not live in the areas where I can go try these systems out. Tweeter, Circuit City don't carry these models.
If anyone has it, looking for information about what you like and dislike about it. If you were do it again, what would you buy.
Money is no object for one of the 3 systems. Simply looking for better system to use with 50" plasma TV.

To get right to the point, for best sound, the KEF
system first choice, then Polk slightly in second,
and CSW -a distant third.

The KEF will sound and image the best of the 3
you have been considering...

However, my favorite choice in this class would
easily be (although I like the looks of the KEF
better) the Hsu Research Ventriloquist VT-12
with one of their awesome subs that will best
suit the size of your room. This system uses
six speakers that enhance the 5.1 system.

If money is no object, you might consider the
Definitive Technology Mythos system...

I would pick Polk first, but KEF close behind, and both ahead of Cambridge. However, all are pretty good. You can audition Polk and KEF at a Hi-Fi store, but in most areas you can only get Cambridge by mail-order.

if it was me i woud take the time go to a place that has what you want everyone hears things different, tweeter should carry polk, all the ones you listed sound good, however you should take the time to go speak with someone and listen to the difference, after all the money you are going to spend it will last for a long tiem and you will be using it almost everyday

It doesn't matter if you can go to the showroom and listen or not.
Those rooms have acoustics to make the systems sound good.
Your room will make such a big difference in your sound that you probably will not notice which speakers are better. They may have differing tone qualities but that is subjective dependant on user. Human ears have 6% distortion built in and I know mine is probably worse after listening to so much loud rock and roll.

I am partial to CambridgeSoundworks myself.
Might try Crutchfield . com , I know they sell Polk products and other systems, They also have online help to answer any questions you might have, and can help to get the system that will fill your needs.
