A romantic date to me is we in the bed and we both half naked, eating some pizza or chinese that we ordered from the place and we just sit on the bed eating and watch moives that we rented or watching tv or cable and we just sitting there cuddling after we finished eating.

Those are pretty good suggestions...whatever, as long as it's not stupid or anything (and the date doesn't end in your bed)
My dream date has always been an afternoon spent together doing things we both love to do(perhaps a movie?) then going down to the beach for a picnic under the stars, with candles, flowers, and Enya softly playing on the radio...sigh!

A walk in the park can be very romantic, especially if the conversation is good (i.e., humor, laid back, open, etc.) and there's a full moon! But, the most romantic date I ever had included being swept up off my feet, carried upstairs, and (ehem...) later we held hands in bed watching South Park.

My ideal of a romantic date would be somthing I love doing, like packing picnic and going horse back riding, and maybe some fishing.

That relies upon completely on how girly/funds grabbing/posh/shy/dramatic/demading the girl is. heavily even with the incontrovertible fact that, a romantic date purely is composed of taking the time to spend a on an identical time as with somebody wherein no longer the rest could rely. no rely if that's chips on Barry sea coast or a meal on the costliest eating place in Rome.

Romance is a term referring to something sensual, sensitive and provoking emotions on the whole.
A romantic experience, as every other experience is quite subjective and depends on the emotional perceptions of the person experiencing it. That is, a romantic motif can vary greatly.
There is no common definition for romantic, despite the widely propagated in movies dinner on candles and kiss on the moon light ;-) Romantic is when you do something for your partner the way you feel it, or to arrange it in a way that invokes particular mood.
For one, I like candles and dim light, as a personal perception for romantic. The emotional experience is the essence of romance! :)

Evening date: start with dinner in a romantic restaurant, then watch a play, then go for a stroll along the bay, and then coffee afterwards. =)

all of the above... a guy who can cook is very attractive. A man who will hold my hand and needs nothing other than looking me in the eyes, search my soul, talk about the future... a simple night is always the best... walk down a path of fall colored trees... feel the crisp air... me wearing my love's sweatshirt.. and him leading the way... its pefect...
