Behave in a civil fashion next time we run into each other ?? Is this person hurting cause I refused to acknowlege him last time we met accidently in a shopping mall??

Well if you couldn't acknowledge him without being civil, you have your answer.

But I think being civil covers more than just a hello how are you, did you flip him the bird.
