Your 'question' makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

First of all I would suggest going to a Dr. you could have a Thyroid problem that could be very dangerous...it is a metabolic disease...If you have already established that your just genetically thin then go to a local sports store and add a weight gainer to your diet. You could eat balanced meals and drink a weight gainer with your meals or between as a snack.. you could add up to 3000 extra calories a day by drinking only 2 of these shakes a day...you can add bananas or peanut butter to them to change up the taste...just remember as with any diet loosing or gaining weight is time consuming and won't happen over night...it will be a lifestyle change so be prepared to go for the long haul try it at least 90 days and be proactive and you will see results..and also a good workout with heavy weights also builds big lean muscles...hang out at a gym the muscle heads will also be of some help...good luck

First of all, don't eat a lot!!! Just eat as much as u thinks is sufficient. Don't eat more at one time , rather eat many times but in small quantity.
U can also have banana shake (banana mixed with milk and some sugar or honey), or simply banana with milk. It helps u to digest ur food properly, its rich in carbo-hydrates and tests gud too.
Take fruits, chicken, soybean etc these are rich in proteins and vitamins.
Also, do some work out. It will help u gain weight. Ask some one what kind of exercises are for weight gain and what kind are to loose weight. Do weight gain exercises.
Have some dry fruits like almonds, resins, cashew etc. These provide essential oils which have gud cholesterol (which is gud for health).
Also don't take too much fat or candy's etc.....u'll put on 'FAT' rather then becoming fatter(or rather 'in shape'). Its not gud for health either.
As other said, u can also have some mass gaining suppliments.
But be sure they are made from some natural ingredients, rather then chemicals.

Do you want to gain healthy lean weight or just get fatter?

To gain healthy weight do resistance training like lifting weights and eat more protein and healthy carbs.

To just get fat eat a pizza and icecream before you go to sleep at night.
