he is mexican and i am white and when we went out he didnt speak much english and i didnt speak much spanish so i broke up with him. now he called me and he said he learned more english and he can talk it pretty good. he's a nice guy but when we went out we had sex so i dont know if he will want to now but i dont want to till i get to know him more so i guess im asking should i go out on a date with him or what

Usually | would just remember he is your ex for a reason, but in your case it seems it was just the language barrier..you say he is a nice guy.so go for it......make sure the relationship progresses when you are ready & not before
