I feel slightly chubby cause my thighs and legs are a little too big for the rest of my body. I wonder if any of you know a good way to train those areas? Without a training device of any kind.

Try a bicycle
it will exercise your legs and you will lose weight ,provided you have a healthy diet as well .

Swimming
Is another useful and comfortable exercise
fore toning up muscles and reducing weight

Power walking
great exercise ,and you will be able to lose weight and hone your muscles into shape
you will feel great when you get into the habit .

It all takes time and effort

Squats, swimming & gentle jogging or power walking. Always make sure you warm up & stretch before & after. Also drink loads of water & stay away from sodas & caffeine as they all contribute to bulking up the thighs.

Do squats, and or leg lifts, and also there is one where you lay on your back (centered) and lift your pelvis and then staighten one leg at a time and hold for 2 min., then you do the other. another would be to stand flat on both feet, and then stand on your toes.
