It's impossible to say because so many people claim to be Wicca when they are not so it would be impossible to poll or survey people and it probably gives the impression that there are a lot more Wicca then there are.
Wicca is a new religion and it's definitions are pretty tight, because of their being initiate-only it means the growth of Wicca is kept pretty slow but I think the way in which Wicca interact with one another within covens means they are like a family so grow as such – so the number of Wicca could probably be put into comparison with the number of decedents from a family from the early 1900's.
Not many, but certainly a lot more than you would think, also bare in mind many Wicca choose to keep themselves to themselves within Pagan communities so running into people who are Wicca is not all that common showing an impression that Wicca is small.
I'd estimate it at a few hundred thousand.

Since, it's not a mainstream religion, (the people who follow it and most of society don't consider it a real religion, since it's not organized) it would be hard to find an accurate number. And mostly, it would be better if none of there members do advertise that there Wiccan. Most heavily religious types of mainstream religions regard them as demonic in nature and under possession. Shame, though. I happen to like Wiccans.

It's hard to say, because all of the religion statistics I've seen grouped all pagans into one category. I myself know 3 Wiccans.

There are more than you might would think. Most that I know of are very humble and modest people who don't outright advertise their religion. Keep in mind that there is still a lot of persecution and stereotyping going on that some people would just rather avoid.
