Any amount of immigration, regardless of the numbers, is traditional and proper?
But from 1776 to 1976 America averaged only 230,000 immigrants, yearly. Remember, that average includes the great immigrating numbers during the turn-of-the-century's Great Wave, when the US was only 76 million inhabitants, industrializing and still expanding west. Contrasting historical averages with today's nontraditional immigration engorgement of at least 1.5 million permanent additions annually should provide a much-needed perspective to an otherwise distorted historical picture.

"It is both a right and a responsibility of a democratic society to manage immigration so that it serves the national interest." ? America is full. It is your right and responsibility to demand the US Congress establish and enforce an immigration reduction moratorium of 100,000 legal immigrants a year. Even if that number were imposed today, you still would not see the country's population growth rate stabilize until about 325 million, nearly 40 million additions. It's your future.

They are looking for anything to justify people coming in and taking our jobs! I like your thinking! There does need to be a first come first serve, screening process for immigrants coming in to our country....one thing they should screen for, speaking ENGLISH!!!

first and optimum we could pick representatives which will honestly do something!!!! those elected representatives in turn will could hire/approve of judges which will include the form rather of defile and pervert it. Our modern-day crop of political elites have finished rather no longer something. the american human beings have made it completely sparkling what they p.c. and those clowns save attempting tp shove amnesty doen our throats and phone it reform. no longer something new right here. the author of the citizenship clause of the 14th modification made it completely sparkling that the offspring of "foreigners" and "extraterrestrial beings" does no longer be granted citizenship, yet our elites p.c. to overlook approximately that inconvenient fact and supply birthright citizenship to every person who can drop anchor right here. to characteristic insult to wreck, they make us pay for it. as quickly as we get the elites out then easy experience could rule the day. not extra anchor toddlers, sanctuary cities, chain migration, loose training, food stamps, section 8 housing, and so on and so on. initiate enforcing business enterprise sanctions and that i mean implement. All community police would be required to implement immigration regulation. one extra element. quit investment the ACLU and all of the racist, professional unlawful communities. The ACLU became based by a communist who suggested communism is the purpose. Why do our political elites fund thesre human beings?

IMMIGRATION REFORM IS A MUST.........National Security if is in need of immediate attention. but As I have mentioned many times before. ICE.... INS.... whatever they call themselves these days needs to be completely torn down and edified with specific departments with specific job details... They must be held accountable for their work ethics. You for example as a law abiding citizen (hopefully) do not have racist reasons for reporting someone does not even know who to report them too.... This bureaucratic monster of a department does not serve the Public in its work... nor does it serve its purpose in granting work permits for those who have applied.... what good are they? They have the attitude that I will get to them when I get to them not just to the people who they are supposed to serve .... But to the USA citizen who in essence supplies them with that paycheck that they do not earn..... Heads up...... Rebuild this monster of a department while building this wall across the border.

Cummulative numbers count, so do subsidies for the poor such as in education and other programs. Just because it is a good deal for them to make us pay for them doesn't mean we should be stupid enough to do it at the expense of our own folks.
