You have to ask yourself if it's hunger or something else. Perhaps you feel bored or unsatisfied. Maybe it's stress. either way, it's important to figure in the possibility that it has nothing to do with your stomach.
If after eating a big meal, you still feel hungry you should see a doctor, there is cases when that signal that tells your brain that you are full is not working. There are other problems that your doctor can rule out such as parasites or anything else.

My guess is that, by figuring out the root of the problem, the answer will come.

Try eating every 2-3 hours. Each meal should contain protein, carbs, and fat. Get your carbs from fruit and vegetables. 1 or 2 fish oil capsules take care of the fat. Then all you need is some lean meat or a quality protein powder like Biotest's Metabolic Drive.

Instead of eating 3 meals per day, eat very small portions of like fruit, vegetables, granola about every 3 hrs. Remember very small portions and drink lots of water so that your body will always feel full. Exercise and do this also and your stomach will shrink so that u don't have to overeat. Vitamins, herbs, minerals, and aminoacids will help your body burn this unhealthy feeling.

Eat three low-calories meals a day and don't skip any. Allow for some snacks (2 maybe) of rice cakes or fruit, yogurt, raisins, low-cal cheese and crackers, etc. Drink a lot of water, but not soda (even low-cal) as it will make you hungry for sweets. Suck on hard candies when you REALLY need something - or chew gum. Keep yourself occupied and busy to keep your mind off eating - or sleep!

If you really are hungry "every second," you should talk to a doctor. Constant hunger is a symptom of certain diseases. But most likely, especially if you are young, it is just a case of eating the right foods.

It is easy to fall into the habit of snacking on high-carbohydrate foods, like chips, soda, candy, pretzels, and so forth. That fills you up for a moment, but it doesn't stay with you, so you are even hungrier pretty soon. So, get rid of junk food in your life, and start eating more healthy food. Lean meat and fish, and lots of vegetables. I know, I know. There has never been a bowl of broccolli that ever tasted one-half as good a a bowl of ice cream. But it will fill you up in a healthier way.

Drop the empty carbs, limit your fats, and go for good healthy foods with plenty of protein, and you will probably feel much better. But if you don't, it's time to see your doctor.

just make sure you have low cal snacks like my daughter does. She has low blood sugar so we pack her low cal. snacks like the following: quaker chewy 100 cal. bar, special k bar, 100 cal mini bites(chips),oats & honey granola bar(1) and many others like these. Just throw some of these in your purse and it'll help you to curb your hunger. Also, drink water every chance you get. Good luck.
