She either has a food allergy-virus-or possibly something serious..Please take her to the doctor with a stool sample.
My grandson had the same thing awhile back. We took him to the doc and we were glad that we had that stool sample because the doc wanted to see what it looked like. We had to start his solid foods all over again, giving just one food at a time for a week before adding anything new to see if he was allergic.

Call the doctor right away! Blood in a baby's stool is serious. That is a symptom of E. Coli among other things. Better safe than sorry!

It can be an allergy to something she is eating. Is she breastfed? She could be having a problem with something you recently ate.

Give the pediatrician a call but don't freak out, unlike everyone else here I highly doubt she's dying from some horrible illness that requires her immediate rushing to the nearest hospital.

go to the hospital and have your baby's stool examination(laboratory) and show the doctor the result,it's the better way for you to do.

go straight to the doctor, and take a stool sample... they'll want that for testing.

Probably nothing good. I would take her to see her doctor.
