INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally

Make sure you wash the seeds really well. Dry them on paper towels just to get the extra water off. Sprinkle with salt (my mom adds pepper too-?), then bake in the oven at about 325 until the start turning golden brown. Let them cool. There you go.

Just wash all the gunk off of them, oil a cookie sheet lightly with vegetable oil, spead the seeds out evenly on the cookie sheet and salt them a little and bake at 300 degrees until dry and very light brown.

Enjoy!

Clean the seeds, wash them, spread on a cookie sheet with salt and roast them in the oven.

Remove them from the pumpkin. Wash and allow to thoroughly dry. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt if desired (I don't), and bake in oven at 325 degrees until crisp. Watch so they don't burn.

Put them on a cookie sheet, place on a rack in the middle of the oven and broil them. You may want to sprinkle with salt. But, watch them...they will burn...quickly.

You put them in the oven!

Try them with a portuguese spicy twist. Add Hot Pepper Paste to them and put them in the oven til crispy :) REAL GOOD!

Do all of the above. But I use Season All instead of regular salt for mine. It gives it a better flavor in my opinion.
