I don't know of a web site, but I do know that you can do that function of photshop. You can scan a picture of yourself, and then play with changing your hair color.
The only other thing to do is go to a salon that has that computer program already in their system.

yes you can go to clairol and sign up for free, then you can upload your own picture and see what you would look like with different color hair.

i don't think there is but i have this software-Seventeen Style Studio- that can do it if you want to email me a pic of you w/your hair pulled back and w/just a straight-on face shot. then i can email you back pics with different styles/colors!

I don't really know, but I would use a semi-permanent and just use that for a couple of weeks. If you don't like it, they waash out easily.
