I eat what I want, but I eat pretty healthy! i like healthy food and i hate proccessed stuff thats loaded with sugar and junk. So yeah, I look at the cupboard see healthy yummy foods and eat what i want! for example, wheat crackers with natural peanut butter is so much tastier than a bag of overly salty greasy tastless potato chips to me!

I am very health conscience when it comes to my body, I knoe what certain foods are best for me ie: beets are good cause I am anemic, Artichokes are good if you have any type of liver disease. And I like to read the back of the package to find out sodium levels, Saturated Fat, as well as calories. And I definately do not eat ice cream, and or coffee. I rate myself a 9 as I really do not care for the taste of water...

I eat what I want for the most part. That's because
when I train hard, I can burn a lot of calories. I
can burn over 2,000 calories in one day, depending
on what kind of workout I'm doing. There are days
where I combine weight lifting and flexibility exercises,
with long distance running (when I mean long, I mean
distances up to 20 miles in one workout). I would say
I would be about a 7 when it comes to being health
conscious, and that's only because of my training.
If I wasn't training, I would probably be higher than
a 7.

I think I eat health sub-conscience. I don't think about eating healthy, because it wouldn't occur to me to eat unhealthy. Just as I would not think to eat a cat; I would not think to eat Mc Donald's.
Hum..interesting question...
