I went to lunch and was standing in line at Jack in the Box the woman in front of me is on the cell phone talking, when it's her turn and the clerk asks for her order she tells the clerk she's on a call you'll have to wait a minute, the clerk asked me for my order and the woman got rude to me and the clerk, Telling me to step back in line and wait my turn and then told the clerk that she was there 1st. I looked at her and placed my order, and then listened to her tell who she was talking to how rude I was even though she wasn't ready to order cause she was still on her phone.

What you did was exactly right....except the part where you didn't shove the phone up her @ss. that would have been more right. ;-)

So many people now a days live in the "it's all about me" world. It is rude, selfish and completelty all about them (of course until they want something from someone, than they are angry if they have to wait)
It is an example of what our society is becoming - unfortunately.
Don't you wish the clerk was on the phone and told the woman to wait because she was on the phone ?????
I want to invent a way to send an electric shock through the earpiece of these idiots !!!!

I'm a server in a sit down resturant. If I go to the table and someone is on the phone I tell them I'll be back when they are done. It usually shortens their conversation cuz their dining companion isn't getting anything either till the jack *** is off the phone.

Some people have this need for everyone to think they're so very important. No, I don't have time for you, I'm on my CELL PHONE, you have to wait for ME.

The thing is, humankind has created wonderful new ways to communicate with each other, but in the process, we have forgotten the art of communication and, social graces entirely.

It's a me, me, me kind of world.

these people are insecure and they want everyone around them know that the person on the phone has at least one friend. And the person on the phone is also just a rude dumbas@, not caring about etiquette. Fu@k THEM.

AND, yum, Jack In The Box.

People are mostly rude on cell phones because they don`t pay attention to what they are doing. They are more interested in the conversation of the person on the phone.

I thoroughly accept as true with you. cellular telephones, iPods and different digital gadgets are turning out to be quite a nuisance. The irony of all of it is that those have been all meant to learn human beings and makes lives much less complicated not greater stressful. one ingredient I hate approximately human beings using cellular telephones is BLUETOOTH! i'm able to stroll via human beings speaking on their stupid earpiece ingredient like they are CEO of a few huge company. and then whilst they sit down to consume, they do no longer even evaluate taking it off. Texting, such as you reported is likewise impolite on the dinner table. My sister has been interior the habit of texting on the incorrect circumstances. Very unhappy.
