There is nothing such as the best zodiac sign. Personally, all zodiac signs have their own strengths and weakness. Each one of them has qualities which might resemble some of the others, or might not resemble the others at all. Thus, to answer your question, all of them are equally good and can be used in art.

theoretically its usually the last of the zodiacs that would be best having evolved the most, so it would be the Pig in the chinese zodiac and Pisces. Artistically it would have to be Virgo or Aquarius the water bearer...
