Yes after fast broken,we a single man and woman can masturbate and for husband and wife can make a sexual intercourse.During the day it is not allowed. because we should control all of our desires. But after fast broken it is better if we pray on maghrib and Isya to our God and tarawe that is praying at least 8 bows after isya praying and will be ended by witir pray for one or 3 bows. After that we are allowed for making love.with our spouses .During the day we should avoide for drinking,eating,smoking,masturbating,sex... interco- urse, cheating, slandering and other wrong /bad doings .Ramadhan is a training month of muslims how to handle well their desires. After ramadhan we should act like in ramadhan although we have no fasting..During ramadhan all of our good deeds will be rewarded by our God, bigger than in other month.

Anything that cuts down on your life span and hurts your body is not allowed at all, Ramadan or not, smoking included. So no, smoking isn't allowed after breaking your fast.

No.
Smoking, which counts as harming oneself, is one of the biggest harams (taboos) in Islam. So it is not allowed during the fast, after the fast, or ever.

Islam prohibits anything that will cause your body harm. Smoking falls into the category. The following breaks down the topic of smoking: http://islam-qa.com/index.php?ref=110&ln=eng&txt=smoking
