I know alot of christians will say. WHERES YOUR PROOF?
No problem my proof is in the bible and I will prove how hateful, Evil, Mass murdering , and demonic Christians are and the christian bible. Proof is in the pudding but here it goes. :
When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl's owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment. (Exodus 21:7-11 NLT)

A priest's daughter who loses her honor by committing fornication and thereby dishonors her father also, shall be burned to death. (Leviticus 21:9 NAB)
Whoever strikes his father or mother shall be put to death. (Exodus 21:15 NAB)
A man or a woman who acts as a medium or fortuneteller shall be put to death by stoning; they have no one but themselves to blame for their death. (Leviticus 20:27 NAB)
From there Elisha went up to Bethel. While he was on his way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him. "Go up baldhead," they shouted, "go up baldhead!" The prophet turned and saw them, and he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to pieces. (2 Kings 2:23-24 NAB)

Now please read again.... God made a promise to Abraham ...to make of his seed (desendants) a mighty nation, and through that nation (his seed) all nations would be blessed. The blessing of all nations is Jesus the Christ.
The events, commands, and laws you misquote are applicable to the time B.C. (before the cristian erea)
If you will examine the teaching of Jesus (who came to fulfill the law, Matthew 5:17) with the same zeal you examined the old law (testament) you will plainly see your error. The Old Testament (and Old Testament Law) was replaced by the new with the death of Jesus on the cross (Col 2:14)

Heavens, they were a really dreadful lot of blighters, weren't they?!
But what you have to remember is that _all_ religions have this sort of nonsense somewhere in their respective 'good book', but when you think of the times in which they were written, then that was the way people thought - and how they were controlled through fear. However (and I am an atheist, so I don't care what any of the books say!) it seems to me that you can't call present day Christians "..hateful, intolerant.. etc", because at least they allowed their religion to accommodate enlightened thought and modern outlook. For example, there's something about "an eye for an eye" in their Bible, but they don't actually scoop out the eyes of sinners/criminals, unlike many Middle East countries in which flogging, hanging, amputations, stoning, etc.. are common punishments.
So although Christians, Jews and other religions may have advocated barbarities such as those to which you refer, they have accepted that societies evolve and such things have been left in the distant past - where they belong.

These are Old Testament sources. That means that Jews follow this scripture, however, they do not follow it word for word. Allow me to explain. It is stated in Leviticus, "An eye for an eye." Does this mean that if X pokes out Y's eye, Y can poke out X's eye? No. It merely means that X has to pay the exact payment for Y's medical bills, loss of wages, etc.
Okay, where did this conclusion come from if it clearly states, "an eye for an eye"? Commentators. For example, Mishna c. 100-200 CE, Gemara c. 300-400 CE, Maimonides c. 1200 CE, Rashi c. 1100 CE, Nachmonides c. 1300?, Malbim 1800 CE, etc.
The Torah is not to be taken literally. It is made to be commented on, discussed, argued about. And it has been since the day it was given to the Jewish people.
It would be unfair to criticize Christians on being the most hateful intolerant racist religion ever known to man and base it only on Jewish scripture, especially when you are taking the scripture literally.

You've got some real serious misconceptions about christians!......Oh, come on, get real....you heathens have been using that excuse for years!.....the real reason that you choose to believe that christians are hateful etc. etc. etc. is "Real True Christian Believers" Will Not Be Pushed Around And Will Speak Up For What They Believe (Bible) And You Can't Handle That!!!.....get over it !....go find your own kind to spead your dislikes & hate toward christians!......Ps. Instead of you heathens kicking around scriptures that you have (No Spiritual Knowldge Of) you need to humble yourself and get into a church under a Pastor/Minister where you can learn (Spiritually)!......by the way,...have you seen these: (Psalms 14:1), (Matt 10: 22), (Acts 4:12), (John 14:6), or how about this one (John 3:3).....did'nt think so !......

No one ever said that Christians were perfect, but your examples are from the old testament.Technically these were not Christians,as Christians are named after Christ. If you remember your Bible teaching, the law was not sufficent for salvation, hence Jesus was sent. The reason was that no matter how many rules God gave man,he still sinned. That is because we as human being are not perfect. If you need further proof of how we are not perfect, look at the rest of the Old Testament.Just because Christians are not able to keep God;s commandments does not mean that Christians are hateful or intolerant, just means they are HUMAN.

You speak of the Jews, not the Christians. There were no Christians before the Day of Pentecost. When Jesus died the law was fulfilled, and the law was not sufficient for salvation. Jesus made a way to escape hell ,however, by dying on a cross.
I hate nothing but sin. I am intolerant of everything that is against God's will. I am not racist.
The reason al non-beleivers hate us, mock us, blaspheme us, and insult us is because our God is the only real God.

I'd like to know how that makes all of us Racist? And hateful? Most of what you quoted was from the old testament, and most of the old testament ways were changed with Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. So, you haven't done your homework 100% on that.
Now, you are wrong 100% by calling all of us by those names. Have you met all of us? I really doubt that. I mean, I could get some vague information about you, and then from that make a judgment about you. However, I choose to make my decisions on a person to person basis. And, since I do not know you, I will just say you are a mislead person who needs to do more research before making irrational statements about people you don't know.

Yes sir that is the Law.. Thankfully when we break that Law the blood of Christ cleanses us from the sin and therefore the penalty. I don't know very many christians (like none) that obey that Law. So why else are we so evil? Jim

You quote from the old Testament. Christianity began with Christ.
Most of what you quoted were ancient Jewish customs. Even Jews today do not follow those old traditions. So what do Christians have to do with this?
You are a very stupid bloke.

You obviously have some serious problems. Christians are generally peace-loving people. You are looking at stories going back centuries. If you want to talk about a mass-murdering religion then it isn't Christianity. No prizes for guessing which one it is.
