I would recommend trying Arbonne's Intelligence Herbal Foot Cream.
Walk away feeling refreshed with this stimulating and soothing, non-greasy herbal foot care formula. It’s blended with alpha hydroxy acids to help keep feet soft and supple.
I hate having dry feet and it always seems to be an issue. Since I've been using this foot cream, my feet feel moisturized and are soft again.

Well, if NOTHING works, then see a doctor. They can hook you up with some of the good stuff that people like burn and hypothermia patients get. The really strog stuff that really works. It might be your lotion that's crappy. My feet are already drying and cracking to the point of bleeding and I'm in Ohio, USA. I use Lubriderm skin nourishing moisturizing lotion with Shea and Cocoa butters.

When I use it once daily my skin heals up in 1-3 days and I'm problem-free.

Cuba is a definite undertaking. They have been truthfully unfastened yet poorly ruled whilst Castro staged a coup. We tried to help Cubans take decrease back their usa and failed. So we granted consumer-friendly accessibility to the U. S. assuming they could be quickly returning abode. That became almost 50 years in the past and we've not replaced our coverage. With the style of Cuban/human beings in Florida i do no longer anticipate that coverage to ever exchange. I doubt after this adventure anybody else will ever by ability of granted this privilege. Is it straightforward, no, yet which will exchange no longer something.

Soak your feet in water for 10 mins. Then get a scraping thing and scrape all the dead dry skin off.... After wards lotion it and repeat. It works.

Use some cocoa butter from Palmers and wear socks while you're around the house, even to bed. Make sure you use the cocoa butter more than once or twice a day if they're really dry.

Go to a salon and ask for a paraffin dip for your feet. As long as they do pedicures there they should have the stuff.
