Usually clear, but tinted windshields usually have graduated shadings of blue.

Transparent means it has no colour... If you have ever come across a car accident and seen pebbly glass, it's most likely from the side windows. It is slightly translucent (meaning see-though but with colour) with a slight blue hue.
Windshield glass is actually two layers of glass with a layer of strong transparent plastic sandwiched in between. That's why a smack to the windshield won't shatter the glass - it will break but still stay in place.

True transparency is defined as clear.
Wind shield are tinted green Or blue or blueish-green.
The people who require privacy have them custom tinted Black on out side, with extra reflective coating.
This type of coating is illegal in most States,USA, and few that allow it may have few restrictions on top of it, the states that do not prohibit the type of tinting may have cities that prohibits it.
Mirrors in most cars use clear glass, back side has reflective coat of silver or Mercuries or aluminium. Some are just highly polished bright aluminium or stainless steel. If it has coating it is covered by some kind of absorbent sealant or paint to protect the coating.

It is colorless and clear.
color refers to wavelengths of light that are not absorbed by a substance. In a windhshield, no wavelength in the visible spectrum is preferentially absorbed, so it appears colorless (it would be white if it wasn't clear).
clear has to do with the percent transmittance of light. Almost all light passes through a windshield, so it is considered clear.
If this is confusing, think of a green bottle. It is green because it absorbed light at wavelengths in the visible spectrum other than green, but it is also clear because you can see through it.

Glass as it is manufactured is colorless. Manufacturers add coloring pigments to give various shades to it, so as to give some color.Glass is a supercooled liquid.
Mirror is also plain glass coated with mercury on the back of it to give you the image. If there is no mercury coating you won;t get the reflection as all th eincident light would pass thr'h it.
