your boss? I am having a difficult time seeing things eye to eye with my new boss? Do you get along with your boss?

.... I am a great boss.... I give a lot of freedoms and perks to my employees. I want them to stay with me forever.

I do now ! .. it took us about 2 1/2 years to get that way. Just work with them , an keep the nasty comments to yourself !!! I curse my boss when i leave my office sometimes .. but i always have a Smile on my face when i arrive !

no I didn't but I ending up quitting,not because of him but I would give him a hard time back all the time. I quit because I got a better job.

I have a female supervisor and a male manager and they both LOVE me and we get along just great.
