Talk to her about it and find out why she did that. She might feel there's something missing from your relationship. If she's genuinely remorseful, try to find it in your heart to forgive her and provide for her needs better.
And if you can, both you and your wife should be tested for any sexually transmitted diseases, to be on the safe side.

You have several choices:
1. FORGET about it and swallow your pride while you feel sick about it.
2. Never let HER forget about it and torment her with that at every opportunity.
3. Sleep with somebody else YOURSELF to get even which will open another can of worms.
4. Get a DIVORCE and start over with someone who will be faithful to you.
I would go with OPTION #4 because all the other possibilities will taint your marrige forever!

That is seriously messed up! My best advice is to forgive, but never forget. Forgive her because otherwise it will just eat you up inside, but get a divorce because you will never be able to trust her again.

Were you married when this happened or were you going together? If you were married...your wife and brother betrayed you...you can never trust them again.
