Eat a normal mixed diet, eg grilled steak and 2 veg with potatoes etc, and keep the fluids going, preferably water!!

drink water in regular intervals...not too much of water..lil bit of water..nd juices made from fresh fruits or vegetables..are always better than any other non-organic food..as research works says..cosuming vitamins, proteins, fibers eetc....through natural way is always(such as fresh fruits and vegetables) preferable..
