I heard that they will because of all of the pressure, but I've also heard that they won't because of the pressure being released through your mouth and nose. What's the real answer?

The real answer is no. The pressure is enough to force your eyeballs to blow out of your head, if it weren't for the muscles and tendons keeping your eyes in. Don't rely on the optic nerve, though. It is about 2 or 3 feet long...

I do believe that the force from the sneeze is enough to make them pop out, but I've never seen, or heard of it happening. Also, you shouldn't stifle a sneeze, but I can't remember why...

first off the force of eyelids shutting when yo usneeze is about 600 lbs of pressure so unless you can hold that much pressure with your fingers would this answer really matter?

There are people who are born or have their eye lids surgerically removed. I am sure they have sneeze once or twice in their life and their eye balls have popped out
