Women need to feel loved and cherished.
Men need to feel useful and appreciated.

I can see why you are in distress, but you shouldn't judge yourself because you lost a job.

Sometimes change is in order. Sometimes the universe changes the cirumstances in our lives to lead us in new directions. It is for our own good and growth.
Take some time to be quiet and reflect on your options.
There is a new and wonderful door of opportunity somewhere. You are missing it because of your stress.

Please take 2 minutes to read "Life is a School" at my website, http://TaoBarbie.com .
There are no vicitims. Everything is well ordered. Things happen as they should. Random events are guided by higher wisdom. Chaos is an illusion. There is total order to all events. Nothing happens without a reason.

Only one thing is certain: Life is changing.
Through change, nature evolves and human wisdom progresses. Nothing in this world is an accident. Every seemingly insignificant event hides a profound mystery that is waiting to be discovered. Not a single leaf dares fall without Heaven's permission.

Something new and wonderful is waiting for you.

As a person with suicidal thoughts and attempts, and bipolar, I would encourage you to call 1-800-237-talk (8255) and talk to them about how you are feeling. There is help out there for how you are feeling, although sometimes it is really hard to find, if talking to them (talk line) doesn't help message back and I will try to help you get in contact with someone else. Have you thought about committing yourself and letting them help you get on some meds and keep yourself safe for the time it takes the meds to start helping and it might help to get away from the family for awhile. As far as your family sometimes being suicidal we don't see things clearly, but please don't make any decisions until you get some help! Best of luck and God is there watching over you and he knows and by reaching out for help I feel he is trying to reach you too!

One tried and true method for improving your own state of mind is to start helping others... Volunteer with your local volunteer services to help those who are worse off than you... Spending time helping others and hanging around others who care about helping will go a long way to improving your outlook on life....

From a more chemical aspect, you should also see your doctor and tell him what you've told us... Depression can be caused by chemical imbalances too and may sometimes be treated effectively with the proper medication....

You want to die and are living dangerously because you are depressed. You need to seek out the help of a doctor as soon as possible. They will help you and perhaps one day in a few months from now, or even earlier, you'll look back and laugh.

You are worth more than gift giving to your family.

Because you say you are in misery over your feelings and you want help, the best place to start is by finding a psychologist so that you can talk about your depression.

There is help for depression, you have a chemical imbalance and need to be on a drug therapy.

There is help. Google this:

you need to get away from leeches.

the reason why you're in such dismay.

why did you lose the job? right now in this administration it's very common place for folks to lose their jobs and livelyhoods so you are not alone, BELIEVE ME!

many feel the same way right now.

you need to talk with a professional... you need some help.. and you need to get away from those who don't love you and only want something from you when you can provide it.. and don't feel the need for you when you can't.

this is far more common than it should be.

break free... there's a better life someplace.. you just must break away from the bitter dregs first.

and get yourself better!

Jessica please do not pull the trigger, I have lost a brother, sister,& cousin to suicide ..it is the most devastating death to deal with....my twin sister became suicidal because she believes she must have been a terrible sister because they did not tell her how they were feeling. I also live knowing my twin will also eventually succeed in her continous suicuide attempts

You are very depressed, you need to talk to your Doctor, Priest, Pastor anyone...life is what you make it. & you can change your life you really can & you can have a happy. life...you need to stop putting other people first..

You are having these feelings because there is an imbalance in your brain, and medication will fix it. Please go see your doctor first, and if your family is that uncaring, find a new one later, after you are well. You will probably change your mind about your family after you take the meds.

can you give more details? Like, your age, do you work, have good friends and family, and so forth. Sometimes all it takes is medication. One pill a day might just help you out. Ever see a doctor?
