Hi, here are some guidelines that I lifted from a website (which I can't name because of the rules here about spamming.)

Notice that the weights are for women aged 19 to 34.

At fifteen, you are still probably going to add or maybe lose a little bit. It can go either way, you know.

5 feet 10" 132-174

6 feet 0" 140-184

If you want to check more info, search 'height and weight table' on the web and you'll find several sites. Insurance companies have them, so do some of the companies that run fitness programs and so on. (That's why I can't mention company names because Yahoo will throw a loop...)

But remember that these are just guidlines, okay? Don't panic if you are the odd few pounds this or that way. A few pounds doesn't matter that much, to be honest.

This is an impossible question to answer.
How tall are you? Male or female? Big boned? Tiny? Athletic or couch potato?
The answer is somewhere between 80 pounds and 250, depending on the above answers.
When I was 15, I was 5'3",small build and very active. I weighed 110, soaking wet. I danced, and ran, and ate like a horse. Most of my adult life I have weighed about 130. I am healthy, don't smoke or drink, and am fairly active. I am 56.
My best suggestion to you is to stop worrying about a number. And concentrate on taking really good care of yourself. Eat right, and exercise some every day, don't smoke or drink, no pop, very few sweets, and lower your intake of bad fats-like fast food) The sooner you do this, the less likely you are to have a weight problem later on.
Then if you weigh 80 lbs, you'll be healthy. If you weigh 140, you'll be healthy, and if you weigh over 180 pounds, you will lose weight slowly and safely.
Thinking in terms of numbers, instead of YOUR particular body, can make you compare yourself to other people, and make you beat yourself up. It can make you have eating disorders, which can kill you!!
Your brain and body are still growing. Give yourself the best body ever, by taking really good care of you!

Ideal weight is a myth. It depends on height, bone structure, activity level, musclular development and many more factors. The ideal weight for a person is the weight THEY are comfortable with. Please remember that the health effects of being underwieght and malnourished are MUCH more severe than being overweight. As long as a person eats healthy and exercises a moderate amount they are healthy and at the weight they are meant to be.

the ideal weight for a 15 year old, depends upon your height, age, and body structure. if you have a local mall, or GMC- vitamin store around your town, they should have a weight scale that will print out a ticket telling you your weight and ideal weight, based on what you input into the machine.

When I was 15, I was 5'3" and 120 lbs. That looked good. Just don't do anything stupid (like starving or vomiting) to achieve your ideal weight. Eat in moderation and exercise! That is the only way to get there. BTW - self-acceptance is COOL.

not enough info. are you male or female? how tall are you? what size bone structure do you have s,m,l ? all this is needed to find an ideal weight. but ideal weight is subjective you should be looking for the healthy weight range.

You should ask your doctor, because it varies so much, a better question would be "What's my ideal weight?" and only a doc can answer that.
