You guys are totally ignorant, Islam preaches kindness towards women. When Islam was first introduced, the women had no rights but Islam gave them the right to inheritance and the right to choose their mate. In ancient pre Islamic Arabia, they would kill their female infants. In the west, women have been manipulated into being sex objects for the male. In Islamic world, they still practice the pre Islamic tribal values but most of the Muslim women I know live really well. Its education and finance that makes a difference. The poor people of USA abuse their women badly. There are so many women abused in this country.
When Muslims conquered India, the Hindu widows were burnt alive with their dead husbands, Muslims abolished this practice. I read in a junior high history book, that ancient Christians learned from the ancient Muslims how to treat their women well. The ancient Christians abused their women badly.

Foolish and gullible people believe in anything that is shown to be the truth without proof and they accept it. Many Nazis in Germany sincerely believed that the Jewish folks drank the blood of Christians or controlled the banks and brought evil culture to Germany, based on which six million Jewish people were killed in a so called civilized Western Country.

The propaganda and lies against muslims are no different. True we have our jerks, and our terrorists, just as the murder of eighty people at Waco Texas created a nut called Tim McVeigh, who killed his own countrymen.

Why being naked is somehow not an abuse if men are watching you as they do in many dance clubs for men. To me, THAT is the abuse of women. Having prostitution houses in Nevada where any man can go and dishonor a woman is abuse of a woman. Sleeping with a woman without marrying her is an abuse of a woman. Making a woman pregnant and letting her raise the child herself while you go abuse some other women is a serious abuse of women.

It depends on how you look at things. It is always easier to point fingers without understanding. The more ignorant a person is, the easier it is for him or her to fall in this trap.

That is my view. I do not wish to offend anyone though. Please forgive me if you are hurt by my statements.

Though I don't agree with all the views of Muslims, I find it very hard to believe that all Muslim women are abused, and I'm sure the ones that are don't enjoy it anymore then someone like myself who was once married to, and abused for five years by my so called "Christian Husband."

you people are all so ignorant and hatefull..go and do research on domestic violence and see that it's common to all faiths, even less so in islam..don't just look at scriptures out of context..then the bible would seem even worse as women aren't even given any rights in it..

I don't think they enjoy it, but it's normal for them. It's what they have been brought up to expect. They are treated as inferior creatures which is very sad, especially in the 21st century.
