People associated with God who use their free will inappropriately and are corrupt (in churches or elsewhere) are not really God's fault; it's actually showing that these people are not following God. They themselves are rebelling against God. Do you follow those who rebel? Or, are you instructed to follow God? If you use them as a reason to leave the faith then you are rebelling against those who are rebelling against God so it is not justifiable as a direct reason to rebel against God. To answer this question very often we must go back to the beginning to gain insight into these things. In a nutshell what occurred in the garden of Eden and Satan's temptations is the origin to our fallen nature. God is truth itself and sometimes the truth is difficult to understand. He is infinitely perfect while we are not but we ought to strive to be like God. Many do not understand God or much less know God. To do that we can look at his Son Jesus to immolate and thus become truly human.
humans rebel for some of these reasons:
- pride
- lack of knowledge
- lack of understanding
- not in accord with their will
- ignorance

Which God?
What do you mean by "rebel"? I live my life not to spite anyone. If I were to "rebel" it would be against injustice.
And like many here I see no reason to :1 believe that any of men's religions are correct, 2 believe that any God would be so comprehensible to man, and 3 that a real God would have anything to do with the beliefs of the major contemporaneous religions.

Because some believe he doesn't exist. Others have had their beliefs ruined by corrupted churches which they associate with God. Catholic pedophile priests do not give a good name for God either. Many people associate faith with the leaders in their religion. A corrupted leader can damage a person's faith. There are also those who believe by praying they'll get what they want out of life. When they don't receive it, they blame God. When bad things happen to them, they blame God.
As a spiritualist, I put my faith in no church and accept the consequences for my actions. I don't think God has a hand in the things we do here. I think we are just supposed to be the best people we can be given the circumstances each of us has to endure. When we succeed, we get to move on elsewhere.

Actually human dare not rebel against god. We human even don't have any chance to play a rebel role against god, what do we have we can rebel against god. We can only do something that our god is not please with our ways.
