What do your friends and family say about your dating an guy who's that much older than you? Why do you prefer him to somone closer to your own age?

Well, I'm 30 and he is 43. I think to a lot of people once you get that old it really doesn't seem like a big difference. I do not prefer to date younger guys and I guess it's, because they are not as high strung and the older men are mellow. They know how a lady should be treated.

Men in general are less mature than women so I think men being much older in the scenario you presented is a good thing.
I know I appreciate women more as I got older and didn't look so much for just another notch on the bed.
This is of course unless you're saying that you're underage and he's a pedofile, then your parents should call the cops so he can share a cell with Tyron the lifer.

First off, I don't care what my family and friends think, I'm 28 years old...grown a$$ women. With that said they don't say anything bad just be careful. I prefer guys older because from experience they're more stable unlike guys that are my age. I don't want a man that still lives with his mother at the age of 28. Or that doesn't have a job or doesn't have bills in his name!! No thank you!

What family and friends say, does not matter, what matter is how full of life your guy makes you feel. A 10 year old man could be younger than yourself. There is Viagra for sex but there is no pill to improve love ,care and sweetness, there is no pill to improve romanticism

As long as I am old enough to make my own decsion unless it just rediculous, all my family cares about is if I am happy.
