We got married at a pirate faire (which is like a Renaissance faire, but pirate-themed). It was really cool, we walked under the crossed swords, had period musicians, a pirate minister, and afterwards went down to the lake and fired blackpowder cannons and flintlocks. It was a blast! Then, lots of revelry for the rest of the evening. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!

No, but I had planned to. It would have been a festival in Tampa, Fl. USA. The engagement fell through, but I still love renaissance festivals. I attend them regularly in Fl.
