I been having difficult breathing because my septum and I am going to get septoplasty on it as soon as my health insurance kicks in. I want to also get my nose straighten due to a past injury I recieved couple years ago.

My question is can the ENT my primary care physician refers me to be able to perform septoplasty and also striaghten the nasal bone?

As long as they are also board certified surgeons, too. You can call their office before hand and ask them. Also ask what hospitals they have privileges at and ask them, too.
