Firstly, even if u don't celebrate ur b'day, ur age will keep on increasing. Secondly age is just a "term" which is defined like the no. of days(or months/yrs) u have lived till now. Number of lived days will keep on increasing and hence the age.
Thirdly, if we talk abt ur imagination, the idea is, we need to redefine the age. The new definition shuld be like:
"Age is the number of maximum POSSIBLE days LEFT that a person can live". if we assume the max. value as M. So
Age= M - No. of days the person has lived since birth
See the age is now keep on decreasing !!!!!!!!

when we get old we tend to behave like a child same will happen if we go backward in age, behave like child onece again..
