Well If it's not showing up in add/remove programs here's some things you can try. First hit your start button and look for the programs folder. Often along with the icon you'd click to start up the program there will be another one for uninstalling it. If you cant find an uninstall icon within the programs folder in the start menu here's the last way I know of to go about removing unwanted software. First you want to find the icon that launches the software, this can be on your desktop or in the start menu. Instead of left clicking it to load the program you want to right click the icon to open the context menu, from here go to 'Properties.' A window is going to pop up and you should see the first thing listed as 'target' with something written in it. An example of what it would look like is '"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe".' That information tells you exactly where on your hard drive the program has installed itself. Make note of this information or write it down if you have to, then click the start button and open 'my computer' (also accessable via the desktop.) Once in my computer double click the 'C:\" or whatever drive matchs what showed up in the 'target' info before. Then keep clicking on each folder listed on the target path, in my example you'd double click Program Files, and then Mozilla Firefox. Once your inside the folder where the program is installed look again for any kind of icon in there that says 'uninstall' or similar, if there's one there use it. If you find there is no uninstall icon in there go back folders as many times as needed until your outside of where the program is, in my example this would be "C:\Program Files" Then highlight the programs folder and hit delete on your keyboard (in my example I would have highlighted the folder 'Mozilla Firefox' and hit delete) Once this is done you can go to your desktop and start menu and delete all the shortcuts the program has installed if any. Once this is done you should have been able to eliminate almost all traces of the program from your computer and free up some disk space at the same time. I hope this helps you in some way, good luck

System Mechanic will not do it. That is just a registry tidying tool.

You should make sure the program is closed first whichever way you do it.

Some programs have a feedback form which MUST be completed before add/delete can delete them so you need to be connected to the internet.

If Add delete wont do it you could open the computer in safe mode then try add/delete again because in safe mode no part of the program should be active.

If that doesn't work, still in safe mode, go to the installed directory which will probably be a sub directory of program files and you may find a file either called Unwise, or Uninstall or something else with a recycle bin icon and you can install with that.

If that fails, delete the installed directory then use regedit to delete any string which bears the program name.

Deleting a program manually by going to Program files and using a good registry cleaner wud do the trick I think
But always it difficult in windows to rmove anything completely

Just format and fresh install if there are many problems
