Take a loaf of good bread and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Heat some olive oil & butter in a saute pan and saute 2 cloves of minced garlic (fresh), 1 medium onion (diced), 1 stick of celery (cut small), dried (or fresh) sage, about 1/2 cup rough chopped parsley, salt & pepper for about 8 minutes on medium. Set aside.

Using the same saute pan, add a little more oil & butter and quickly saute your 1 inch croutons for about 2 min. Mix w/ other ingredients.

Awesome (& easy) homemade stuffing!! Enjoy :)

Leave a cubed loaf of sourdough out for the night (or lightly toast in a slow oven). Saute chopped onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms in about a stick of butter and some sage. Toss that with the bread cubes, drizzle with anywhere between 2-6 cups chicken broth depending on how dry the bread is and during cooking time. Bake at 350F for at least an hour. Check it every 15 minutes or so to check the moisture, you can always add more broth so it's not dry.

First take bread and toast it in your toaster not to dark. about 5 or 6 slices. Let it set and get hard. crumble it up into a bowl add salt and pepper. In a sauce pan bring 1 can of chicken broth to a boil with onion and celery that has been chopped up and sage. cook until onion and celery are tender crisp. add to bread crumbs and let cool 6 minutes and stuff your chicken and cook.
